Coordz is driven by a dedicated team of professionals based in the West Midlands. Our management team have a combined experience in excess of 65 years. We have invested heavily in our online platform and ensuring that we can promote the businesses that entrust us with an enhanced profile. Information Commissioner - we are registered with the ICO, we go above and beyond to ensure we meet and exceed our legal obligations with regards to protecting your data

European Based Data Centres - we only use UK and Irish data centres to hold your data securely and inline with current European regulations. We encrypt all data when stored (called at-rest encryption) to ensure maximum protection - we also apply best-practices to make sure data access is strictly controlled

Payment Security - as a trusted partner we meet stringent bank checks to be allowed a merchant account. We don't store any credit or debit card information - we are PCI-DSS compliant - our trusted partner SagePay handles all of this data.

Financial Conduct Authority - some of our services require us to be registered with the FCA. This process means we meet our legal obligation and that we are monitored for compliance.

Corporate Telephone Preference Service - we do not contact anyone who is registered with the service. We understand how frustrating it can be to be bombarded by sales calls - any calls we make are screened against CTPS lists.

Knowing Our Customer - We ensure that every business listed is validated against the address they provide - we do this by sending a unique pin to unlock the profile before any details are made live on the site. Businesses who accept payments via our site will have further safeguards - we ensure that every card payment matches key information the client has provided.

  • Free listings can request their listing to be removed - simply contact our support team.
  • Enhanced listings paying on a month by month basis can notify our support team (via the contact us page or via My Plan in their profile) that they no longer wish to continue their subscription. At the end of the anniversary date no further payments will be taken and your account (including all enhanced features) will be swapped to a basic listing.
  • If you downgrade from an Enhanced to a Basic listing please note we will hold all of your enhanced information (including quotes, contacts with consumers etc) for a period of no more than 60 days before it will be removed. If you wish to pause your subscription rather than permanently downgrade kindly contact our support team to discuss options.
  • Managing Director and Founder - Ryan Bishop. Ryan has over 18 years experience in business process engineering - his passion for technology and data has ensured that the Coordz Platform is geared towards supporting every business in understanding how they can secure better value sales.
  • Sales & Marketing Manager - Lisa Jobins. Lisa is a dedicated sales professional who has vast direct business sales experience. She leads our largest team of sales and marketing professionals who are focussed on driving users to our platform - SEO, Google Adwords, Content Creation Specialists all form a part of this team.
  • Finance Manager - Michael Adams. Mike ensures that we remain fully compliant with all of our legal obligations. He is experienced in a wide range of finance areas and his breadth of finance experience ensures we have the best operational financial control team. He is as comfortable with the numbers as he is investors.
  • Our Team - we are supported by a fantastic and passionate team of employees. We have also third parties supporting our team to ensure we bring the very best to market for our suppliers.
  • For monthly subscriptions, we currently accept payment only via a recurring charge on a credit card - our partner SagePay will charge the agreed card on a monthly basis. There’s no charge for using a credit card. We intend to offer direct-debit payments very soon. If you require alternative payment methods, please contact us.
  • We make a small charge for consumers to pay via the site, details of these fees will be made available when we allow this option via the site.
  • Monthly subscription charges are non-refundable - we do offer cancellation at any time,
  • Commission accounts are available and are payable upon issue of your final invoice to your clients gained through the Coordz site. These are payable via bank transfer.

  • If you have more than 5 businesses or a chain of linked sites (more than 5) then contact our team for bulk pricing discounts.
  • Invoices will be issued when payments are made - this will provide our VAT details, Company Number and Registered Address to allow you to reclaim any VAT paid, which is chargeable at the current rate ( 20% at present)
